“Ya no aguanto más”. Esta es la frase que, en la noche del martes 08 de marzo, habría dicho el ciudadano colombiano  Edwin Vásquez Ortiz (25) a los efectivos de la Brigada de Homicidios (BH) de la PDI, que llegaron a entrevistarlo a su departamento en calle Huérfanos, en Santiago.
